Bayer Extra Strength Asprin is an over-the-counter medication approved for the treatment of mild to moderate migraine pain. This treatment is available in caplet formulation.

Mechanism of Action

Acetylsalicylic acid also works to alleviate the increased aggreagation of blood platelets and the release of serotonin that are characteristic of migraine attacks.
