Definition:
A collection of items designed for use in training personnel in patient preparation for and in installation of adult and pediatric airways. May include an adult, nonsterile, cricothyroidotomy or tracheostomy airway device, a pediatric, nonsterile, tracheostomy airway device, a tracheal model practice block, adult and pediatric, nonsterile, splitting needles, a disposable plastic syringe, a videotaped demonstration, an explanation-information card, and other related items. This item is used with AIRWAY KIT, PERCUTANEOUS, EMERGENCY.
