Cardiopulmonary Resuscitator
Definition:
A portable, oxygen powered item, with intermittent positive pressure and time-cycled. It is designed to be used for automatic and synchronized external cardiac compression via patient's sternum. It may consist of two main parts: a base/ventilator assembly with master valve, ventilation pressure guage, a column/compressor arm assembly with color coded sternum depressing piston, and other related items.
