Contaminated Laundry Bag
Definition:
A non-stick, embossed film container designed to protect patients and hospital personnel from contaminated linens. It dissolves completely in the wash cycle and staff/patients are never exposed to the contaminated contents. May be color coded with attached tie-tapes for proper identification.
