An item in the form of a patch which occludes and delivers medications daily for up to 24 hours. It is designed for use in providing a mechanical barrier for protecting the patient from scratching and excoriation. It repairs/hydrates a compromised epidermis reducing crusting and increases comfort. Soothes like an ointment.
