Definition:
An insert fitting device designed for determining the size of the ear canal so that the ear plugs can be properly fitted for military and civilian personnel use. May include swivel arms pinned together at the surface of each arm to be marked and indication of sizes shown (extra-small, small, medium, large, and extra-large).
