Electromyograph
Definition:
A portable, solid state, computerized instrument with dual channel and automatic digital display that converts the electrical activity associated with functioning skeletal muscle into a visual record. It is designed for clinical applications where feedback from one muscle group is insufficient using sensitive instruments to monitor and feedback physiological activity. It is used to train the patient to regain voluntary control over dysfunctional body systems.
