Definition:
An electric powered item with integral, dual channel which may include ultrasonic transducer, tocodynamometer, intrauterine pressure transducers, and other related features. This item is capable of providing both antepartum and intrapartum monitoring of fetal heart rate, uterine pressure activity, simultaneous external monitoring of twins, and of providing a continuous strip chart recording of measured parameters.
