Hearing Aid
Definition:
A device designed especially to improve the input of the sound level for the hearing-impaired. It has switches which can adjust the sound level of the volume to provide the user's decibel needs. It contains a microphone and a transmitter, as well as a compartment for batteries. It may be worn behind the ear, as a component of eyeglasses, or placed elsewhere on the body.
