Infusion Catheter Exchange Kit

Definition:
A collection of items designed to exchange out from a smaller or larger catheter into the patient's vein within seconds and without the risks or difficulty of a second veni-puncture. It is for use on patients during emergency and trauma procedures. May include radiopaque catheter, dilator assembly, high strength spring wire guide (straight soft tip on both ends), scalpel, blade, short handle, plastic feed tube holder, and other related items.
