Metallized Fleece Bandage

Definition:
An absorbent unwoven item in which cell wool and/or cotton and/or synthetic fibers are combined by mechanical means such as surface swelling, heat-sealing or a combination of both processes. The item is aluminized or silver flashed by means of vacuum deposition and is used for dressing wounds tending to conglutinate with bandages, such as burns, abrasions, and wounds caused by vesicants; it is also used for skingrafting.
