Definition:
An inflatable item designed for use with TOURNIQUET, PNEUMATIC. It is to be used in conjunction with the operating room tourniquet during orthopedic, general, or plastic surgical procedures on an extremity. May include a non-slip hook and pile closure combining bladder and enveloped for simple handling and long wear, and connecting tubing with the luer lock connectors to fit into the item and the box.
