A collection of items used for possible frame set-up for anterior cervical fusion procedures. Item may be attached to any standard operating room table or to special trauma tables. May include rail clamp, upright arm with IU joint, universal joints, interchangeable blade handle, lubricant, angled rod, concave lateral blades, cephelad blades (malleable), meyerding blades (without teeth), and other items.
