Spinal System Ratchet Handle

Definition:
A medical instrument used for forward ratcheting, backward ratcheting or in locked position. It may be designed with a T-handle which can be attached to the captive twist hexagon driver, nut starter socket, cannulated or solid tap, and bolt/screw driver.
