Definition:
An elastic, hollow cylinder, approximately 60 inches long, having a relatively heavy and smoothly finished wall. The item has end and side openings at the outlet end and a funnel at the opposite end. The tube may have a rubber bulb attached at the medial section. The item is used for feeding and evacuating the contents of the stomach.
