Ulnar Fracture Brace

Definition:
An orthopedic appliance designed to be used for the inner/larger bone of the forearm, on the side opposite that of the thumb. It is used to provide isolation for ulnar fractures, which allows wrist flexion and extension, and for deep bone bruises. It is radiolucent, water resistant, ventilated, and may include ulnar sleeve, socks, and arm sling.
