If your toolbar has not installed and the following add-on bar has appeared (highlighted in red in the below image), please follow these quick steps:
1. Click on the add-on bar (highlighted in red in the below image)
2. Click on the "Install ActiveX Control..." in the menu that has appeared (highlighted in red in the below image)
3. An install window may appear after about 30 seconds, if this install window appears, click on the "Install" button.
4. Wait for the toolbar to finish installing.
5. Once installed, a new Internet Explorer browser window will open. Close all Internet Explorer browser windows and reopen.
6. You now have the Medilexicon toolbar installed on your browser.
